Hi Will,

Debugging is somewhat difficult with feed errors. Is there anything in the cache? If so you can check that out. Is it a connection issue maybe? Can the server resolve the url to the rss?

Same issue as above. (DNN 7.0.6, module 5.0.1)

In answer to donkers - when the site was moved the Feed URL was still pointing to the original site (we made a copy of the site so that we had one staging, one production). The cache had the original information inside of it. I updated the url to the new RSS. The cache did not update (I put a new announcement in to see if it would update). I forced a cache refresh and it became blank.

Deleted the URL, created a new one. Still blank. Refreshed cache - still blank.

Ran scheduler for Search Crawler. Still blank.

The Feed is coming from the announcements module. The rss for the announcements is working, I can go to the rss itself, and any new announcements appear, and it resolves fine.

If I put in two Feed Urls (one to the original site/module, and one to the copy site/module) - the original works fine, the copy still does not.

Any ideas/suggestions welcome!!

Hello.

I am seeing a similar issue. We moved our blog to Wordpress and I am trying to import the RSS feed from WP. This works on my local development environment, no problem. However, when I went to implement this in our Production enviroment, no bueno.

Here is the exception being generated by '/home/clearcache/1.aspx':

Note: the feed URL in the exception is not our blog but another feed I used to test the issue. It's the same for all RSS feeds. I assure you the feed is live and accessible.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated. My IT admin and I are baffled.
